ULTRA OIL FILTER
Udly Engineers design Ultra oil filter for Honing, Lapping and Super finishing application. Primary filtration is done by powerful rear earth magnetic separator. The dirty oil from machine drops into the inlet of magnetic filter, coolant passes between magnetic roller and body gap and dust is arrested by magnetic drum and semi-clean liquid falls into semi-clean tank. Transfer pump transfers the semi-clean liquid into the Ultra oil filter. Semi-clean liquid passes through special bag and we achieve desired filtration level. Filtration up to 1 micron can be achieved.
SLUDGE MASTER
Udly Engineers design Sludge master for Honing, Lapping and Super finishing application. Primary filtration is done by powerful rear earth magnetic separator. The dirty oil from machine drops into the inlet of magnetic filter, coolant passes between magnetic roller and body gap and dust is arrested by magnetic drum and semi-clean liquid falls into semi-clean tank. Transfer pump transfers the semi-clean liquid into the Sludge master. Semi-clean liquid passes through filter paper. Filtration up to 10 microns can be achieved.
GRAVITY FILTER
Udly Engineers design Gravity filter for Honing, Lapping and Super finishing application. Primary filtration is done by powerful rear earth magnetic separator. The dirty oil from machine drops into the inlet of magnetic filter, coolant passes between magnetic roller and body gap and dust is arrested by magnetic drum and semi-clean liquid falls into semi-clean tank. Transfer pump transfers the semi-clean liquid into the Gravity filter. Semi-clean liquid passes through filter paper. Filtration up to 20 microns can be achieved.
